By accessing this website or engaging Techon Solutions(“we”, “us”, or “our”) for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Techon Solutions provides digital product services including software development, AI and automation, web and mobile development, product design, brand identity, and video production. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Each project is governed by a proposal or statement of work that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed proposal, the signed proposal prevails for that engagement.

Work outside the agreed scope (“change requests”) may require an adjustment to the timeline and fees, which we will communicate before proceeding.

To deliver our best work, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate, complete information and the materials needed for the project.
• Review deliverables and provide timely feedback and approvals.
• Designate a point of contact authorised to make decisions on your behalf.
• Ensure that any content or assets you supply do not infringe the rights of others.

Fees, payment schedules, and currency are set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the period specified on each invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

Upon full payment for an engagement, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party materials, open-source components, or our pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain governed by their respective licences.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. However, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techon Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the relevant proposal or agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
